How does the hiring process work?
Three steps: apply online, do a quick interview, then complete a paid working interview where you clean alongside one of our trainers. If it’s a fit on both sides, you start taking jobs. Most people go from application to first paid clean fast.
Do I need professional cleaning experience?
Experience helps but isn’t required. What we actually screen for is care: people who notice details, show up when they say they will, and take pride in leaving a place better than they found it. The working interview shows us more than a resume ever could.
Can I choose my own schedule?
Yes. You pick the days and time windows you work, and we book jobs inside them. Plenty of our cleaners work around school schedules, other jobs, or family.
Where are the jobs located?
Across Greater Cleveland and Summit County: Cleveland and the west side suburbs, the Heights, Parma, and down through Akron, Stow, and Cuyahoga Falls. We match you with jobs near where you live when we can.
