|Residential House Cleaner (Contract)
|Cleaners are the lifeblood of our team. They are the smiling faces that interact with our clients day in and day out and make this business a success. A high attention to detail, excellent people skills, and friendly attitude are all necessary to succeed in this role. Wages starting at $25/hr plus bonuses and gratuity.
|Operations Team (Remote)
|If the cleaners are the lifeblood of our team, the Operations role is the brain. From scheduling all our cleaners to coordinating with the management team, the Operations Manager and Assistant keeps the business moving forward. Wages DOE.
|Customer Service Representative (Remote)
|The Customer Service Representative handles all our inbound client emails and phone calls, helps to solve challenging situations when things don’t go as planned, and helps to provide estimates for services to new clients. Wages DOE.
|Commercial Cleaner (W2)
|Our Commercial Cleaners are the special forces of our team. They are the crew that swoops in and keeps all of our commercial client’s facilities sparkling clean and smelling fresh. A high attention to detail, excellent people skills, and friendly attitude are all necessary to succeed in this role. Wages starting at $17/hr plus bonuses and PTO.
|Commercial Field Manager/QC (W2)
|The field manager’s responsibility is to ensure that all client facilities are cleaned as outlined in our contract, that the cleaning teams get the support they need, and oversee all our cleaners. Wages DOE.
|Sales Manager/Appointment Setter (Remote)
|Our sales manager’s role is to keep the pipeline full of new leads, nurture client relationships, and develop new sales campaigns to keep our field estimator busy. This position will work closely with the marketing manager and the general manager to take responsibility for keeping Summit Maids growing month over month. Wages + Commission and PTO DOE.
