Do I need to be there during the cleaning?

Nope. Most move out cleans happen in empty homes. Arrange access with a lockbox, garage code, or key handoff and we’ll take it from there. You’ll hear from us when we’re done.

Should the home be empty before you arrive?

Ideally, yes. The clean goes faster and deeper after the movers are gone. If some furniture is staying behind, no worries, we clean around and under whatever remains.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, and they’re included for free. You don’t need to leave anything behind except the keys.

Is the inside of the fridge and oven included?

Yes. Our Signature move in/out clean includes scrubbing inside the refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, and cabinet interiors. Closets, wall scrubbing, and basements are available too if you request them ahead of time.

Can you clean the same week I move?

Usually, yes. We keep our scheduling flexible for exactly this reason. One tip: the end of the month books up first, because everyone in Cleveland moves at once. The earlier you grab a slot, the better.
