What is included in your post construction cleaning service?
A full top-to-bottom clean of the finished space: all surfaces wiped free of construction dust including inside cabinets and drawers, interior windows with sills and tracks, floors vacuumed and mopped by surface type, and kitchens and bathrooms cleaned and sanitized to move-in standard. We tailor the scope to your project.
When should I schedule the cleaning?
After the final trades have wrapped and before furniture, staging, or move-in. If your contractor’s timeline slips, ours flexes with it. Tell us the target handoff date and we will work backward from there.
Do you handle both residential and commercial projects?
Yes. Kitchen and bath remodels, finished basements, century-home renovations, new builds, and commercial build-outs. Crew size scales with the project.
How much does post construction cleaning cost in Cleveland?
